The HMH Well app gives users the ability to manage their health needs. Patients can get directions to the nearest facilities and view Urgent Care Wait times. We’re adding our Find A Doctor capability. Now you can find a doctor by name, location and specialty. You’ll be able to call them right from the app or find the directions to their office. Through the MyChart feature, they can book an appointment, see their lab results, send a message to their physician, renew a prescription and upload and track health information.
