To change between 12 or 24-hour mode, go to your phone date and time settings and there is an option to use 24-hour mode or 12-hour mode. The watch will sync with your new settings after a few moments. Special designed Always On Display ambient mode. Turn on the Always On Display mode on your watch settings to show a low power display on idle. Please be aware, this feature will use more batteries. If it does not install automatically on the watch so you will need to visit the store again. Use this method : 1. Turn on WIFI connection on your watch. Make sure it is connected to nearest WIFI. 2. Go to Play Store page and tap "More on devices". If you cant see this option, you might use the wrong account to purchase the watch face. You need tp use the same account used to setup the watch. 3. Tap on "Install" button beside your watch on the list. It will install the watch face immediately. 4. If you cant see the "Install" button and it got stuck on "Installing soon message", please wait up to 1 hour to get it reset back to "Install" button.
